Refund policy

Art Prints
Each art print is made to order and individually hand-finished with hand-painted watercolour glitter detailing, meaning no two prints are identical. Because these are bespoke, made-on-demand items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Faulty or damaged items (all products)
If any item arrives damaged, faulty you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within [14 days] with photos of the issue.

Books & other standard items
For non-personalised items such as our books, UK law gives you the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To do this, contact us at [email] within 14 days of delivery. You'll then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Once received, we'll refund the item cost within 14 days (return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty).
